Form summaries allow you to quickly review and export responses from any form in your system. This is especially useful for tracking Blueprint Questionnaire results or any other recruit-related forms.
Steps to Access Form Submissions: #
- Log In to your system.
- In the left navigation, scroll down and select Sites.
- Along the top menu, select Forms and then click Submissions.
- Use the filter to choose the specific form you want to review (e.g., Blueprint Questionnaire).
- View all responses directly on this page.
To download the data in a spreadsheet, click the Export button in the upper-right corner.
