🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage
- Automatic Movement:
- If the recruit schedules via the Career Strategy (IS) calendar, the system moves them automatically.
- Manual Movement (By Leader):
- When the leader schedules the appointment manually.

- The leader receives weekly reminders to follow up and take the appropriate action for the recruit.
- If the recruit does not show:
- The leader should move them back to the Exam Passed stage.
- If the recruit attends the session:
- The leader moves them to Career Strategy Held.
- Attendance action for calendar-scheduled appointments:
- No Show / Canceled: Recruit receives a one-time email and text asking to reschedule; system moves them back to Exam Passed.
- Held: System automatically moves the recruit to Career Strategy Held.
