This stage is focused on alerting the appropriate team member (the Systemtizer) to begin the onboarding process into the KWPREP learning platform.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Register for KWPREP stage? #
Recruits typically enter this stage manually, when a leader or system identifies that they are ready to register for KWPREP. Once added to this stage:
- The Systemtizer receives a notification to begin the onboarding process into the KWPREP platform.
This ensures the recruit is enrolled in the system as quickly as possible to begin their pre-licensing education.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Upon entering the Register for KWPREP stage:
- The Systemtizer is notified to add the recruit to the KWPREP system.
- Once the recruit is added, the Systemtizer:
- Selects a Blueprint check-in cadence on the recruit’s card (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly).
- Moves the recruit to the next stage: Enrolled in KWPREP.

This process ensures a timely and consistent transition into the KWPREP program and supports regular check-ins throughout the recruit’s journey.

- Selected the appropriate follow-up cadence in the recruit’s card, and
- Moved the card to the Enrolled in KWPREP stage.
