The Opportunities section of your Profit Share Sites platform is where you’ll manage individual recruits throughout your pipeline. Each contact is represented as an opportunity card that stores key details, tracks their progress, and enables automation.
This guide walks you through what you’ll find inside an opportunity card—and how to use it effectively.
Accessing Opportunity Cards #
- From your dashboard, navigate to Opportunities in the left-hand menu.
- Select the appropriate pipeline (e.g., R0 In-School, R1, etc.).
- You’ll see a list of opportunity cards.
- Click on a card to open and manage that recruit’s details.
🛠️ Opportunity cards are created automatically when someone completes the “Join Keller Williams” form or the “Agent Referrals” form. However, you can always update information housed within in them manually.
