This stage ensures recruits have all the details needed for their onboarding session and provides structured reminders and follow-up to guarantee attendance and completion.
πͺ How a Recruit Enters This Stage
- Automatic Movement: When the recruit schedules via the appropriate onboarding calendar.
- Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable
βοΈ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- The recruit receives an email and text with:
- Appointment details
- A link to a Google Doc containing the Market Centerβs onboarding requirements (processes, documents, etc.)
- Reminder emails and texts are sent 3 days, 1 day, and 1 hour prior to the session.
- No Shows / Canceled:
- If the recruit cancels via the link or the leader marks them as no-show, they are moved back to the Schedule Onboarding stage.
- Attended:
- Once the leader marks the recruit as Showed during the attendance action, the recruit is moved to the Joined KW stage.
