- Automatic Movement:
- Recruit cancels via reminder emails sent after registration.
- Recruit does not attend the Info Session and is marked no-showed by the leader.
- Manual Movement (By Leader):
- Not applicable (leaders generally should not move recruits into this stage manually).
⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- Recruit is added to a 60-day follow-up sequence:
- 10 emails — goal: prompt re-registration
- 6 text messages — goal: prompt re-registration
- 4 leader phone calls — goal: prompt re-registration
- If recruit does not re-register within 60 days, they are moved to a 12-month follow-up:
- 1 email per month — goal: prompt re-registration
- 1 text per month — goal: prompt re-registration
- If recruit re-registers for another Info Session, they are automatically moved to the Registered for Info Session stage.
