π§ What is the No Showed/Cancelled Info Session (Last 60-days) stage? #
The No Showed/Cancelled Info Session (Last 60-days) stage is used to track recruits who either canceled their scheduled Info Session or did not attend as expected. This stage plays a critical role in helping leaders re-engage those recruits quickly and effectively within a 60-day window.
It gives structure to follow-up efforts and ensures no opportunity is missed to reconnect with interested individuals who didnβt make it to their originally scheduled session.
β How does a recruit enter the No Showed/Cancelled Info Session (Last 60-days) stage? #
Recruits are placed into this stage in one of two ways:
- They cancel their registration:
This happens when the recruit clicks the cancellation link provided in their Info Session invite or reminder emails. Once canceled, the system automatically moves them into this stage. - They no-show the session:
If a recruit doesnβt attend the session and is manually marked as a βNo Showβ by the leader in the Info Session Calendar, the system also places them in this stage.
No manual pipeline updates are needed β the system handles the transition based on either the recruit’s actions or the leader’s attendance input.
π What happens when a recruit is in this stage? #
Once a recruit enters the No Showed/Cancelled Info Session (Last 60-days) stage, an automated re-engagement sequence is triggered:
- Email and text messages:
The system sends a series of messages over the course of 60 days, inviting the recruit to reschedule for another Info Session. - Call tasks:
Follow-up phone call tasks are created in the system for the leader, prompting direct outreach to the recruit.
This structured outreach aims to convert cancellations and no-shows into re-registrations, helping ensure no interested lead falls through the cracks.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Recruits leave this stage in one of two ways:
- They register for a new Info Session:
If the recruit signs up for another session during the 60-day follow-up period, they are automatically removed from this stage and placed into the Registered for Info Session stage. - They do not re-register within 60 days:
If no new registration occurs within that timeframe, the system moves the recruit out of the NS pipeline and into a long-term drip campaign.
This drip lasts one year and includes:
- One email per month
- One text per month
These messages aim to keep your opportunity top-of-mind and re-engage the recruit down the line.
- One email per month
π‘ Pro Tip #
Stay consistent with your follow-up call tasks during the 60-day window. Personal outreach can make a huge difference in getting a no-show back into the funnel β donβt rely on automation alone!
