- Recruit is marked as No Showed during the 1:1 meeting attendance process performed by the leader.

⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- Recruit is added to a 60-day follow-up automation:
- 10 emails — goal: prompt re-registration for a 1:1 appointment
- 6 text messages — goal: prompt re-registration for a 1:1 appointment
- 4 leader phone calls — goal: prompt re-registration for a 1:1 appointment
- If the recruit re-registers for another 1:1, they are automatically moved back to the 1:1 Appointment Set stage.
- If the recruit does not re-register within 60 days, they are dropped from the active pipeline and added to a 12-month follow-up automation:
- 1 email per month — goal: prompt re-registration for a 1:1 appointment
- 1 text per month — goal: prompt re-registration for a 1:1 appointment
