Placing a recruit in this stage ensures they are handed off correctly to the KSCORE pipeline, where specialized onboarding and school registration processes begin.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Moved to KSCORE Pipeline stage? #
Entry into this stage is manual. When a recruit confirms they want to move forward with the KSCORE scholarship, the leader must update their stage in the system.
There are no automatic transitions based on form submissions or system actions — this stage change requires direct input from the leader based on the recruit’s expressed intent.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Once moved into this stage:
- The recruit is removed from the NS Recruiting Pipeline, and
- They are automatically placed into the KSCORE Pipeline, specifically into the Register for KWPREP stage.
This ensures the recruit begins receiving the appropriate messaging and support for their KSCORE journey, including instructions for setting up their KW Prep account and starting their licensing education.
No additional tasks or communications are triggered from the NS side — all further engagement will be managed within the KSCORE pipeline.
🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Similar to other transition stages, recruits don’t leave this stage within the NS pipeline. The act of being moved here completes their journey in NS and transfers them fully to the KSCORE pipeline.
From this point on, their progress — including registration — is tracked and supported within the KSCORE Pipeline.
