Once your Profit Share or Market Center site is live, the next step is getting traffic to it—and ultimately, moving people through your recruiting pipeline. This guide walks you through the essential steps to activate your site, connect it to ads, and ensure you’re sending traffic to the right place for the highest conversion rates.
Step 1: Confirm Your Site is Active #
Before you start running ads, you’ll want to make sure your site is live and ready to receive traffic. You’ll receive communication from us notifying you that the build-out of your site is complete, but you can always double check by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Profit Share Site.
- Go to Sites in the left navigation, then select Websites along the top.
- Open your recruiting site (for Market Center sites, this will usually be Growth Accelerator V2).
- In Settings, verify your domain is connected.
- Open your homepage and confirm the URL matches your domain (e.g.,
www.yourdomain.com).
Step 2: Always Send Traffic to the Join Page #
Your highest-converting page is your “Join KW” application page—not your homepage.
- This page is where people can immediately submit their information.
- Driving traffic to the homepage can cut conversion rates by 50% or more because visitors often get distracted or leave without taking action.
- For best results, send all ad traffic directly to the Join KW page in your site’s navigation.

Step 3: Driving Traffic from Indeed #
Indeed is one of the best platforms for generating leads for your site.
- Go to employers.indeed.com and create an account if you don’t already have one.
- Contact Indeed Support (via the Help button in your account) and request that they enable the Apply URL feature.
- Your site will need to be LIVE in order to request Indeed turn on the Apply URL.
- When posting or editing a job:
- Turn off the “Receive applicants on Indeed” option.
- Paste your Join KW page URL into the Apply URL field so applicants go straight to your site.

Step 4: Driving Traffic from LinkedIn #
LinkedIn works similarly to Indeed but has some extra steps for verification.
- If you’re running a nationwide ad as a solo agent:
- Associate yourself with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in your profile.
- Verify your affiliation using an
@kw.comemail address.
- If you’re running ads as a team, you may need to connect to your team page or team account.
- Once set up, click Post a Job in the upper-right corner to begin creating your ad.

Step 5: Understanding the “Domino Effect” in Your System #
Your site is built to move people through pipelines in a specific way, and steps along the way trigger items that are referenced later in the process, like dominoes falling in sequence. So, it’s important to remember the following:
- If you insert a lead partway through the pipeline, certain automated steps may not work as expected.
- Customizing your site can also affect how the pipeline operates.
- Example: If you manually add someone to KSCORE through KW Prep instead of letting the system tag them automatically, it may break the triggers that move them to the correct stages.
- Missing tags can prevent automation, such as moving a lead to “Appointment Set” after scheduling, causing them to keep receiving the wrong reminders.

Step 6: Where to Get Help #
We’re here to support you. Please avoid emailing individual team members directly, as they may be out of office and unable to respond.
Resource Center: kb.skalelogin.com — Our Resource Center is constantly growing with new articles and how-to’s. This should be the first place you go if you’re trying to figure out how to do something.
Support Email: support@profitsharesites.com — This opens a ticket in our help desk system so our whole team can see and respond quickly. Please do not email our personal @kw email addresses directly. Using our Support Ticket system allows for any of us to respond, allows us to track and log any questions, avoid missing important emails, and prioritize the needs of our users.
