When someone enters a Long-Term Nurture sequence, they’re automatically placed into a recurring automation that reminds the assigned Market Center leader to reach out and check in. You can adjust the default cadence and expiration settings for this automation in your account settings.
Step 1: Access Custom Values #
- Go to Settings in the lower-left corner of your account.
- Scroll down to Other Settings and select Custom Values.
- Switch to the Folders view to make navigation easier.
- Open the folder titled Automation Defaults.
Step 2: Update the Default Cadence #
This setting determines how often the assigned user (the Market Center leader) will be prompted to reach out to a recruit.
- Accepted values:
7,14,30, or90(days) - Default value:
7
To edit:
- Click the three dots next to “Default Cadence.”
- Select Edit Custom Value.
- Enter one of the accepted values exactly (no spaces before or after).
- Click Update.
Step 3: Update the Default Auto Expire #
This setting determines how long a contact stays in Long-Term Nurture by default.
- Accepted values:
90,180, or360(days)- 90 = 3 months
- 180 = 6 months
- 360 = 1 year
- Default value:
360
To edit:
- Click the three dots next to “Default Auto Expire.”
- Select Edit Custom Value.
- Enter the desired number (must be one of the above options, with no extra spaces).
- Click Update.
