Below are the instructions on linking your Google or Outlook Calendar.
- From the Dashboard, click Calendars on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Select Calendar Settings along the top, then click Connections.
- Make sure you are selected in the My Staff section.
- You’ll see the ability to add new connection for Calendar. Click Add New.
- Click Connect to Google Calendar.
- In the pop up, select the appropriate Google account to connect.
- Allow everything. Once done, it will show as connected.
- Once connected, under Linked Calendar, it should show your preferred calendar. If it doesn’t, click edit and select the appropriate one. IMPORTANT: This is the calendar receive any appointments to that are booked within the system.
- By default, it will put the conflict calendar here as well. You can edit this to check multiple calendars if you wish. IMPORTANT: You can select multiple conflict calendars. This (these) should be the one(s) you actively use. Any “busy” time slots on the conflict calendar will not display and be removed from any calendar within the system that is linked.
