KWPrep Pipeline: Exit Pipeline (3.0)

This resource relates to Market Center Sites 3.0 only.

To exit someone from the KWPrep Pipeline, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Exit Pipeline Check #

1. Find and open the Opportunity Card
2. In the Card’s vertical navigation along the left, select “Exit Pipeline/Long Term Nurture”
3. Select the appropriate item in the first 3 drop-downs:
   • Approval Check: Mark this as “Yes”
   • Exit To (Exit Pipeline): Select which pipeline you want them to move to (aka. Kaplan Pipeline)
   • Send to Holding Stage (Exit Pipeline):
     • Select Yes if you wish to place them in Holding so you can move them to the appropriate next step
     • Select No if you wish for the system to drop them in the most likely spot
4. If you are exiting them to the Long Term Nurture pipeline, complete the last 2 drop downs as well:
   • Follow Up Cadence: Choose how frequently you wish to follow up with the recruit.
   • Auto Expire: Choose how long you wish for them to remain in the Long Term Nurture pipeline.
5. Hit update.

Step 2: Move Opportunity Card #

1. Next, toggle to “Opportunity Details” within the Opportunity Card.
2. Click the dropdown under “Stage” and select “Exit Pipeline.”
3. Hit Update.

It may take a few minutes for the Opportunity Card to move to Exit Pipeline and another few minutes for it to move from the KWPrep Pipeline to its intended destination.
