- The stage is a leader-only automation β there is no communication sent to the recruit.
- The assigned leader receives repeating reminders every 48 hours to take action on the recruit based on the 1:1 appointment outcome.
- The recruit remains in this stage until the leader manually moves them to the appropriate next stage.
