Purpose of the Stage
This stage exists to track recruits who have canceled or no-showed their 1:1 KWPrep appointment and to initiate follow-up efforts to reschedule.
How a Recruit Enters the Stage
A recruit enters this stage when:
- They use the cancellation link in the registration/reminder emails or texts.
- They are marked as no-showed by the leader when taking attendance.
What Happens While the Recruit is in the Stage
While in this stage, the recruit is added to a 90-day campaign consisting of 12 emails, 9 text messages, and 6 phone calls from the leader to encourage rescheduling.
How a Recruit Leaves the Stage
A recruit leaves this stage when:
- They reschedule the appointment using the links in the emails or texts.
- They reach the end of the 90-day campaign without taking any action, at which point they are moved to the holding stage.
Responsibilities for the End User
The assigned user/leader is responsible for making the required phone calls as part of the 90-day follow-up campaign.
Automations and Required Actions
- Leader Actions Only: Place calls as prompted by the 90-day campaign.
- Emails, Texts, or Automated Calls: 12 emails, 9 text messages, and 6 phone calls over 90 days to encourage rescheduling.
