🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage

• Automatic Movement:
  • When a recruit fails to complete Kaplan courses during the six-month automation triggered in the Enrolled In Kaplan (Taking Classes) stage.
  • When a recruit’s 30- or 90-day extension expires without completion.
• Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable

⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters

• The assigned leader receives two notifications over a 30-day period prompting follow-up with the recruit.
• The leader should connect with the recruit to:
  • Discuss their next steps (extension purchase or restart).
  • Encourage re-engagement with Kaplan if appropriate.
• If the recruit decides to purchase an extension or start over, the leader will:
  • Update the Purchased Kaplan Extension field on the recruit card.
  • Move the recruit back to the Enrolled In Kaplan (Taking Classes) stage following the standard approval check.
• If no action is taken within 30 days, the recruit is automatically dropped from the Kaplan pipeline and assigned the “dropout” tag.
