🎯 Purpose of This Stage
This stage identifies recruits who have not completed their Kaplan courses within their allotted time, signaling the need for leader follow-up to determine next steps—such as purchasing an extension or restarting the Kaplan process.
🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage
- Automatic Movement:
- When a recruit fails to complete Kaplan courses during the six-month automation triggered in the Enrolled In Kaplan (Taking Classes) stage.
- When a recruit’s 30- or 90-day extension expires without completion.
- Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable
⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- The assigned leader receives two notifications over a 30-day period prompting follow-up with the recruit.
- The leader should connect with the recruit to:
- Discuss their next steps (extension purchase or restart).
- Encourage re-engagement with Kaplan if appropriate.
- If the recruit decides to purchase an extension or start over, the leader will:
- Update the Purchased Kaplan Extension field on the recruit card.
- Move the recruit back to the Enrolled In Kaplan (Taking Classes) stage following the standard approval check.
- If no action is taken within 30 days, the recruit is automatically dropped from the Kaplan pipeline and assigned the “dropout” tag.
