Upon entry:
- The Operating Principal (OP) can receive an automatic notification (if configured), letting them know that the recruit has officially joined.
- The recruit remains in this stage for 30 days as a point of reference and visibility for the recruiting and leadership teams.
This stage allows for any final follow-ups, onboarding support, or celebrations.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Recruits automatically exit the Joined KW stage after 30 days. At that point, the system removes the recruit from the IS Recruiting Pipeline entirely, signaling the end of the recruiting process.
