Once in the In School (Nurture) stage, the recruit is added to a six-month drip campaign that delivers weekly value-based emails. These emails focus on Keller Williams’ training, support systems, growth opportunities, and career path clarity.
Each message includes a call to action prompting the recruit to book a one-on-one appointment with a leader via your 1:1 Calendar.
