π§ What is the In Person Appt. Held (Awaiting Decision) stage? #
The In Person Appt. Held (Awaiting Decision) stage is used once a recruit has completed their in-person meeting with a KW leader. This stage represents a critical follow-up period where the recruit is considering whether to move forward and join Keller Williams.
β How does a recruit enter the In Person Appt. Held (Awaiting Decision) stage? #
A recruit enters this stage manually, when a leader confirms that the in-person appointment has taken place and moves the recruitβs card into this stage.
π What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Upon entry:
- The system starts a 7-day repeating SmartPlan that prompts the assigned leader to check in with the recruit about their decision to join.
This recurring SmartPlan keeps the conversation active and ensures the recruit continues to feel supported while making their choice.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
The recruit exits this stage manually, when the leader:
- Receives a decision from the recruit and moves them into the appropriate next stage, such as:
- Decision to Join
- Needs More Time
- Disqualified (if applicable)
- Decision to Join
The leader is responsible for updating the pipeline based on the outcome of the decision period.
π‘ Pro Tip: #
Consistency is keyβdonβt let this stage linger too long. Use the recurring SmartPlan reminders as a cue to follow up regularly and help the recruit feel confident about taking the next step.
