If someone asks to stop receiving messages from your recruiting system, it’s important to respect that request and quickly deactivate future communication. Profit Share Sites makes it easy to honor those requests with a simple setting.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Log Into Your Dashboard
Visit app.profitsharesites.com and log into your Profit Share Site or Market Center Site. You’ll land on the main dashboard.
Step 2: Locate the Contact
In the left-hand menu, click Contacts.
Use the search bar to find the individual who requested to stop communication.
Click on their name to open their Contact Card.
Step 3: Enable “Do Not Disturb”
Scroll down the left-hand panel of the contact card.
At the bottom, you’ll see a section labeled DND (Do Not Disturb).
Click DND All Channels, or select the specific channel they requested to be removed from.
🔒 This will immediately stop all outgoing communication to the contact—this includes emails, text messages, calls, and voicemails (if configured in your system), or opt them out of the specific channel selected (e.g. SMS) while allowing communication from the other methods.
✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully opted the contact out of all automated communication. Be sure to mark this in any internal notes or logs as needed for compliance or team reference.
