The Enrolled in KWPREP stage indicates that a recruit has officially been added to the KWPREP learning platform and is ready to begin their pre-licensing coursework. This stage focuses on ensuring the recruit has all the information they need to get started—and stays engaged through regular, cadence-based check-ins.

✅ How does a recruit enter the Enrolled in KWPREP stage? #

Recruits enter this stage manually, when the Systemtizer confirms the recruit has been successfully added to the KWPREP platform and selects their Blueprint follow-up cadence in the recruit card. Once that’s complete, the Systemtizer moves the recruit into this stage.

🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #

Upon entering the Enrolled in KWPREP stage:

• The Snuggler is notified to personally reach out and welcome the recruit to KWPREP.
  
• The recruit automatically receives:
  
  • A welcome text and email with login instructions for KWPREP.
    
  • Blueprint reminder messages via text and email, based on the cadence selected earlier (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly).
    

These touchpoints help ensure the recruit gets started smoothly and stays on track in completing their coursework.

🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage? #

The recruit leaves this stage manually, once they have completed the Blueprint curriculum.

At that point, the leader or Snuggler moves the recruit’s card to the next stage: Student Completes “Blueprint”.
