Editing Indeed Ads to Include Apply URL

Updating your Indeed job post to direct applicants straight to your recruiting application page ensures their information goes directly into your system. This helps streamline follow-up and avoids losing leads through Indeed’s default application method.

Before You Begin:

You must have an Indeed Employer account at employers.indeed.com.
You’ll need an existing ad that has previously run.

Steps to Edit Your Indeed Job Post:

Log In to your Indeed Employer account.
Locate the job post you want to edit.
Click the three dots on the far right of the post and select Edit Job.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
Next to Application Method, click the pencil icon.
Toggle off the option to receive applications on Indeed.
Enter the full Apply URL that directs recruits straight to your recruiting application page (e.g., .../join-keller-williams or .../join-kw).
- Do not use your homepage URL.
- Link directly to the page with the application form.
Click Done, then Save Changes to finalize the update.
