This resource pertains to Market Center Sites 3.0.
On occasion you will likely find that a recruit has two opportunities within the system. This can take place in multiple ways, including (but not limited to):
- The recruit entering the system multiple times through the Join KW form and/or the Agent Referrals form
- The recruit booking an appointment in a calendar for a pipeline they’ve since exited
- An unknown disconnect between a V2 and V3 upgrade for a recruit that entered the system under V2.
To remove the duplicate opportunity, complete the following steps:
- Locate the Opportunity that is in the incorrect pipeline or pipeline stage.
- Open the Opportunity card and to go the Exit Pipeline/Long Term Nurture tab.
- Change Approval Check to “Yes.”
- Change Exit To to “Remove From Pipeline” (you may need to scroll down in the dropdown to see it).
- Click Save in the lower right corner and close the Opportunity card.
- In the pipeline, move the Opportunity card to the Exit Pipeline stage.
- Wait a few minutes; the Opportunity will disappear after the automations built-in “Wait” time passes.
In select cases, the Opportunity that needs to be removed is already sitting in the Exit Pipeline stage. If this is the case, manually move the Recruit from this stage to the Holding Stage. Wait 5-10 minutes then follow the steps above.
