The next step is to configure your business profile. This is extremely important because your business profile is where we pull tons of information as we configure automations and notifications within your site.
From the Dashboard screen, click on Settings in the lower left hand corner. Make sure you’re on Business Profile.
- Business Friendly Name: This should be your name.
- Business Email: The email address where you’d like to receive notification.
- Business Phone Number: Your number; keep in mind this will not be surfaced to recruits.
- Business Website: This should be the URL of your recruiting site, for example, https://joinkwdemosite.com
It’s important to follow the bullets below to ensure links surface properly on your site:- Make sure to include the https:// as shown
- Do not include www as shown
- Do not include any trailing slashes or spaces after .com as shown
- Click the blue Update button below this section before moving to the next step.
- Next, we’ll configure our Business Physical Address.
- This can be your Market Center address or your home address.
- Set your time zone as this will impact how your appointment center works.
