π§ What is the 1:1 Appt. Set stage? #
The 1:1 Appt. Set stage is used when a recruit has scheduled their Blueprint Review appointment. This is a key moment in the KSCORE pipeline, as it marks the shift from digital engagement to live interaction. The stage focuses on preparing both the recruit and the Snuggler for a productive conversation about the recruitβs goals and path forward.
β How does a recruit enter the 1:1 Appt. Set stage? #
Recruits enter this stage automatically when they book their Blueprint Review appointment using the Blueprint Review Calendar link provided in earlier communications.
This scheduling action places the recruit directly into the 1:1 Appt. Set stage and ensures both sides are informed and ready.
π What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Once in this stage:
- The recruit receives automated email and text reminders about their upcoming Blueprint Review appointment.
- These reminders include the appointment details and cancellation/rescheduling links.
- The Snuggler is notified of the appointment and can begin preparing by reviewing the recruitβs Blueprint form responses.
This ensures both parties are aligned and ready for a focused, intentional conversation.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
There are two ways a recruit exits this stage:
- Automatically, if the recruit cancels or reschedules via the links in the reminder messages. In this case, they are typically moved back to the Schedule 1:1 Appt. stage.
- Manually, when the Snuggler marks attendance after the appointment. Based on the attendance (Showed or No Show), the recruit is then moved to the appropriate next stage.
π‘ Pro Tip: #
Mark attendance promptly after each Blueprint Review. Accurate tracking keeps your pipeline clean and helps trigger the right follow-up SmartPlans at the right time.
