π§ What is the 1:1 Appt. (Canceled/No Showed) stage? #
The 1:1 Appt. (Canceled/No Showed) stage is where recruits are placed if they either cancel their scheduled Blueprint Review appointment or fail to show up. This stage is designed to re-engage recruits who missed their chance to connect live, ensuring they donβt lose momentum in the recruiting process.
β How does a recruit enter the 1:1 Appt. (Canceled/No Showed) stage? #
Recruits enter this stage in one of two ways:
- Automatically, when they cancel their Blueprint Review appointment via the links in reminder emails or texts.
- Manually, when the Snuggler marks them as a βNo Showβ after a missed appointment.
π What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Upon entry:
- The system sends automated emails and text messages encouraging the recruit to reschedule their Blueprint Review.
- The Snuggler receives prompts to make personal outreach calls, increasing the chances of reconnecting with the recruit.
This combination of automated and personal follow-up aims to motivate the recruit to rebook their appointment and continue their journey.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
There are two ways recruits exit this stage:
- Automatically, when the recruit schedules a new Blueprint Review appointment, moving them back to the Schedule 1:1 Appt. or 1:1 Appt. Set stage.
- Automatically, after 60 days of inactivity, at which point the recruit may require manual review for next steps or nurturing.
π‘ Pro Tip: #
Combine automated messages with personal calls. Sometimes a direct conversation is what it takes to encourage a recruit back into the process.
