This stage ensures that recruits entering the Kaplan pipeline are properly assigned to the KSCORE Admin leader and ready for enrollment, with system checks in place to verify critical information before progression.

🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage

  • Automatic Movement: Recruits enter this stage automatically when moved into the Kaplan pipeline.
  • Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable

⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters

  • The recruit is assigned to the KSCORE Admin leader for setup in Kaplan.
  • The system performs a check on the recruit card to verify that the Legal Name field under the Kaplan Pipeline section is completed.
    • If Legal Name is empty, the recruit is moved to the Holding Stage and the originally assigned leader is notified to add the missing information.
  • This is a leader-only automation; there is no communication to the recruit.
  • The assigned leader receives repeating 24-hour notifications to add the recruit to Kaplan and complete the stage transition.

  • Duration: Until leader completes the Kaplan setup
  • Emails: 0 — No communication to recruit
