- After 1 day, the assigned leader is prompted to check the Kaplan system to confirm if the recruit has completed registration.
- Leader follow-up:
- If registration is complete → manually move the recruit to Enrolled In Kaplan (Taking Classes).
- If registration is not complete → leader receives 48-hour repeating reminders until completion.
