Market Center Sites 3.0 introduces a completely redesigned user assignment system, making it easier to manage who handles different types of leads, recruits, and referrals across your Market Center.
This guide walks you through understanding the available roles and how to update or reassign users when your staff changes.
Step 1: Access User Settings #
- Log in to your Market Center Sites dashboard.
- In the left navigation, scroll to the bottom and select Settings.
- In the new settings navigation, scroll down and click Custom Values.
- Switch to Folders View for easier navigation.
- Select the Assign Users folder.
Step 2: Understand the Available User Roles #
There are 13 user roles within the system, each handling a specific type of lead or process. Here’s what they mean:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| BO | Brokerage Owner — manages R2-level recruits who identify as brokerage owners. |
| Command Demo | Assigned to leads scheduling a Command demo via the Technology page. |
| EX Recruits / EX Referrals | Licensed agents from the Join KW page (Recruits) or Agent Referral form (Referrals). |
| IS Recruits / IS Referrals | In-school recruits or referrals from the Join KW and referral forms, respectively. |
| KScore Admin | Manages the KScore or KWPrep pipeline system setup. |
| KScore Liaison | Often called the “snuggler,” manages communication with those in the KScore or KWPrep program. |
| NS Recruits / NS Referrals | “Not in School” recruits or referrals from the Join KW and referral forms. |
| Onboarding Specialist | Handles the onboarding process once someone decides to join KW. |
| One-Pagers Consultant | Can be the Team Leader or another person who screens and routes incoming one-pager leads. |
Note: Standard accounts include four active user seats, which you can allocate across these 13 roles as needed.
Step 3: Add or Confirm Your Staff Member #
Before assigning someone to a role:
- Go to My Staff in your left navigation.
- Confirm that the user you want to assign is already listed.
- If not, add them first.
- Once added, locate the overlapping boxes icon near to their name.
- Click it to copy their user code (a unique ID).
Step 4: Update User Assignments #
- Return to Custom Values → Assign Users.
- Locate the role you wish to update (e.g., EX Recruits).
- Click the three dots to the right of that row and select Edit Custom Value.
- Double-click where it says “change me,” delete that text, and paste the copied user code.
- Ensure there are no spaces before or after the code.
- Click Update.
That user is now assigned to that recruit type or workflow moving forward.
✅ Best Practices #
- Always confirm user codes are correctly copied — even one missing or extra space will cause errors.
- Keep a record of who holds each role for internal tracking.
- When staff members leave, update their assignments promptly to avoid missed leads or automation issues.
By following these steps, you’ll ensure every lead type is routed to the correct person — keeping your Market Center running smoothly and efficiently.
