- Automatic Movement: The recruit enters this stage automatically when they schedule a 1:1 appointment via the KWPrep Calendar.
- Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable
⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- The recruit is placed on an automation that sends:
- Initial registration email and text, including a cancellation link
- Reminder emails and texts at 3 days, 1 day, and 1 hour prior to the appointment
- The assigned leader receives attendance prompts to mark the outcome of the appointment.
- If the leader does not perform the attendance action within 48 hours, they receive a repeating 48-hour notification until completed.
