🎯 Purpose of This Stage
This stage provides a centralized system for long-term follow-up with recruits, allowing leaders to maintain engagement based on recruit type while tracking progress with automated cadence reminders and auto-expire settings.
🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage
Automatic Movement:
- Recruit is moved via the Exit To Long-Term Nurture Pipeline from another pipeline.
- The specific stage (NS, IS, or EX) is determined by the pipeline and stage the recruit exited from.
- Recruit reaches the end of their Auto-Expire value in a prior Long-Term Nurture stage.
Manual Movement (By Leader):
- Leader manually moves a recruit from Holding or Expired Nurture (Last 30 Days) stages into the appropriate NS, IS, or EX stage.
⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- Recruit is added to a follow-up cadence based on their recruit card (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly).
- Auto-Expire value is set according to the recruit card (3, 6, or 12 months).
- Leader receives reminders according to the assigned cadence to maintain follow-up.
- Recruit remains in stage until auto-expire is reached or manually exited.
