- Automatic Movement:
- Recruit registers via the Info Session Calendar (in-person or virtual).
- Removed from the six-month Not In School (Nurture) drip.
- Sent an initial email and text with registration details:
- In-person: date, time, and location address.
- Virtual: date, time, and virtual link.
- Manual Movement (By Leader):

- Recruit receives initial registration email and text.
- Recruit receives reminder emails and texts containing session details:
- 3 days before the session
- 1 day before the session
- 1 hour before the session
- For virtual sessions only:
- Email and text 10 minutes after the session starts
- Recruit can cancel their registration directly from reminder emails.
