- Sent an initial email and text with registration details and location information.

⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- Recruit receives initial registration email and text.
- Recruit receives reminder emails and texts containing meeting details:
- 3 days before the meeting
- 1 day before the meeting
- 1 hour before the meeting
- Emails include the ability for the recruit to cancel the meeting, which automatically moves them to the No Showed/Cancelled stage.
- Recruit exits this stage after the leader marks them as showed or no-showed, moving them to the appropriate next stage.
