- Recruit is placed on a repeating 48-hour automation that:
- Prompts the leader to take action and move the recruit to the appropriate next stage or pipeline.
- Continues to repeat every 48 hours until the leader moves the recruit.

- Duration: Repeats every 48 hours until action is taken.
- Automation Type: Leader prompt (no recruit-facing communication).
- Goal: Ensure timely and accurate next-step movement.
🧍♀️ Leader Action Steps
- Review the outcome of the 1:1 meeting and move the recruit accordingly:
- In School Pipeline: If the recruit has enrolled in school (not Kaplan).
- KWPrep Pipeline: If the recruit is enrolling in KWPrep.
- Kaplan Pipeline: If the recruit is enrolling in Kaplan.
- Long Term Nurture Pipeline: If the recruit needs time to make a decision.
- Discontinue Process: If the recruit is no longer interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
🔧 Recruit Card Updates
- If moving the recruit to the Kaplan Pipeline, make sure to update the “Legal Name” field located under the Kaplan Pipeline section of the recruit card first.
