Integrations allow your Market Center Site or Profit Share Site to connect with external platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, or payment providers. While these tools are available, most Market Centers only need a few key integrations to operate effectively.
How to Access Integrations #
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Settings in the lower left corner.
- In the left navigation, scroll down and select Integrations.
Here you will see available integrations such as:
- Google Calendar
- Google Account
- Facebook & Instagram
- Google Business Profile
- TikTok
- Payment Providers (e.g., Stripe)
- Many others…
Recommended Integrations #
✅ Google Account & Google Calendar
- These are the most widely used and essential integrations.
- Syncs calendars for scheduling and ensures automation aligns with your availability.
✅ Payment Provider (Stripe) (optional)
- Only needed if you are managing paid memberships (primarily Market Center Sites, and most are just using free courses for Virtual Career Nights/Info Sessions and/or Productivity Coaching).
Social Media Integrations #
⚠️ Use Caution with Facebook & Instagram
- When connected, all new leads and direct messages can automatically sync into your system.
- By default, the setting “Enable Facebook Messenger for all accounts” is ON. This means:
- Anyone who messages you through Facebook or Instagram could appear as a new lead in Contacts.
- This often creates clutter with unqualified leads.
📌 Best Practice:
- Only connect Facebook/Instagram if you are actively running paid Facebook lead ads.
- Otherwise, keep this OFF to avoid unnecessary leads.
Why Not Connect LinkedIn or TikTok? #
- Most Profit Share Sites and Market Center Sites users run ads on Indeed or LinkedIn, but they drive applicants directly to their Profit Share or Market Center Site.
- When someone applies on LinkedIn, they bypass key qualifying question “What is the status of your real estate journey?”
📌 Problem:
- Missing this information creates more manual work for your team to follow up and qualify.
- By sending candidates straight to your site, they complete the right form, enter the right funnel, and you capture better data upfront.
Other Integrations #
- Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other social connections are available but rarely necessary.
- If curious, you can explore the Help Articles linked in the integration settings to learn more.
Key Takeaways #
- Must-have: Google Account + Google Calendar
- Optional: Stripe (for payments/memberships)
- Conditional: Facebook/Instagram (only for lead ads)
- Avoid: Connecting LinkedIn/TikTok for direct leads (missing crucial qualification data)
By keeping your integrations focused, you streamline your system, reduce clutter, and ensure leads are routed correctly through your automations.
