🧭 What is the Nurture Lead (Post-Appointment) stage? #
The Nurture Lead (Post-Appointment) stage in the R1/R2 Recruiting Pipeline is used to maintain consistent engagement with recruits after an initial appointment has been held. This stage allows leaders to continue building relationships and offer value over time while assessing the right moment to move the recruit forward—or in another direction.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Nurture Lead (Post-Appointment) stage? #
Recruits are moved into this stage automatically when the leader submits the Appointment Held Form in the previous stage, confirming that the meeting occurred.
Entry Trigger:
- Form submission from the Appointment Scheduled stage indicating the appointment was held.
No manual movement is needed at this step.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Once in the Nurture Lead (Post-Appointment) stage:
- The system begins sending automated weekly reminders to the assigned Market Center Leader, prompting them to follow up with the recruit.
- These reminders help keep the relationship warm and ensure consistent check-ins.
Follow-Up Cadence Settings:
- Leaders can customize the follow-up cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- To do this:
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to the recruit’s card in the R1/R2 pipeline.
- Locate the “Post-Appointment Follow Up” option under the R1/R2 Recruit Details section.
- Select the desired cadence.
- Log in to the system.
This flexibility helps leaders tailor communication based on each recruit’s pace and engagement level.
🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Unlike previous stages, movement out of the Nurture Lead (Post-Appointment) stage is manual and based on the leader’s judgment.
- The leader determines the appropriate next step and manually moves the recruit to the next relevant stage in the pipeline (e.g., Agent Joined, Declined Offer, Cold Lead, etc.).
- There are no automations to move the recruit out of this stage.
💡 Pro Tip: #
Don’t set it and forget it—make sure to adjust the follow-up cadence based on the recruit’s engagement. Weekly may be great early on, but switching to bi-weekly or monthly follow-ups can help avoid fatigue while still keeping the conversation alive.
