In this article, we’ll walk through how to update your billing information as well as set your email and texting credit wallet limit.
- From the dashboard screen, click on Settings in the lower lefthand corner
- Select Billing from the vertical navigation along the left.
- You’ll see your current credit card on file. If you wish to change the credit card, click Add Credit Card, plug in the new card information, toggle the switch where it sakes Make It the Primary Card, then hit Add Card. You can now remove the old card.
Next, let’s look at email and texting credit wallet limits. This system is designed to be a pay-as-you-go email and text messaging service. That means you get charged for every email or text message you send. Typically $10 will allow you to send around 7,000 emails, or about 600 text messages.
Instead of charging for every email you send, the system has a built-in wallet that allows you maintain a certain balance that we would subtract from as you send emails or text messages. By default, the system is set up to re-load your wallet with $10 when your balance is below zero, so if you don’t want to get multiple charges, you may want to adjust the $10 limit upward.
- Follow the first two steps from above
- Select “Wallet & Transactions” from the three links below the “Billing Dashboard” headline
- Update the “Auto Recharge” balance
- You may also need to click the blue “+ Add Balance” button in the upper right and refresh your balance if it is at $0
