Keeping track of who actually shows up to your recruiting conversations is a critical part of managing your pipeline. Whether itβs a one-on-one call or a group info session, marking attendance ensures that each candidate moves forward (or back) based on real engagement, not just scheduled time.
Follow the steps below to take attendance quickly and accurately.

1. Log in to Your Profit Share Site #
Start by logging into your site as usual.
2. Go to the Calendars Section #
From the left-hand navigation menu, scroll a few items below the Dashboard and click on Calendars.
3. Switch to Appointment List View #
Once in Calendars, look along the top and select Appointment List View.
This gives you a list-style view of your appointments thatβs easy to filter and update.
4. Filter or Sort Appointments #
Use the Advanced Filters or column sorting tools to narrow down the list.
We recommend filtering by Status: Confirmed to focus on the people who were most likely to attend.
You can also set up Appointment Smart Views for even quicker access in the future.
5. Mark Attendance #
Click into the appointment for the person or session you want to update.
Youβll have three options:
- β Showed β They attended the call or session
- β No Showed β They were confirmed but did not attend
- π« Canceled β They backed out in advance
Choose the option that reflects what happened.
6. Pipeline Auto-Update #
Once marked, the system will automatically move the candidate to the next appropriate stage in your recruiting pipeline.
This keeps your workflow clean and up to date. No need to manually drag them forward or backward.
