If you’re using the Learning Center (courses section) in your Profit Share Site or Market Center Site, you can connect it to a branded subdomain like members.yourdomain.com or training.yourdomain.com. This makes your learning portal feel like a seamless extension of your site.
This guide walks you through how to set that up using GoDaddy.
Step 1: Access Your Domain Settings in GoDaddy #
- Log into your GoDaddy account.
- Select the domain you want to use.
- Click on DNS to access the DNS records.
Step 2: Configure the Subdomain in Profit Share Sites #
- Log into your Profit Share Site or Market Center Site.
- Scroll down the left-hand menu and select Memberships.
- Hover over Client Portal, then click Settings.
- Click on Domain Setup.
In the domain field, enter your desired subdomain. For example:

memberswith anything liketraining,courses, etc. Just make sure you own the root domain.
- Click Add Domain. You’ll now be prompted to either connect automatically or add the record manually. Choose Add Record Manually to continue.
Step 3: Add the CNAME Record in GoDaddy #
- From the Profit Share Sites window, copy the required CNAME value.
- Toggle back to your GoDaddy DNS settings.
- Click Add New Record:
- Type: CNAME
- Host: members (or whatever subdomain you chose)
- Value: Paste the value copied from Profit Share Sites
- TTL: Set to Custom → 600 seconds (5 minutes)
- Click Save. Your DNS records will update.
Step 4: Verify the Connection #
- Return to Profit Share Sites.
- Click Verify Records.
⏳ This step may take a few minutes. If verification fails the first time, try again after a short wait.
Once verified, your Learning Center is officially connected to your custom subdomain.
✅ That’s it! You can now direct users to a branded URL like members.yourdomain.com to access your training content.
