Each Market Center Site includes a built-in Agent Referrals page designed to help you track and manage referred agents easily. This guide walks you through how the referrals page works, what happens when a form is submitted, and how to best use it within your recruiting system.
Accessing the Referrals Page #
To access your referral form, simply go to:
yourdomain.com/agent-referrals
🔤 Be sure to include a dash between “agent” and “referrals,” and make sure “referrals” is plural.
This will take you to the Agent Referrals Form, where agents can refer someone directly into your recruiting pipeline.
What the Form Includes #
The referral form collects the following details:
- Recruit’s Name (First and Last)
- Email and Phone Number
- Production Status (This determines which pipeline they’re routed into)
- Disclosure Confirmation (Whether the recruit knows their info is being shared)
- Referring Agent’s Info and Relationship (Referrer’s name and contact information)
- Additional Notes (for Market Center leaders)
Once submitted, the form automatically routes the recruit into your pipeline.
Where Referrals Show Up #
If the recruit is marked as “In School,” their card will appear in the R0 In-School Pipeline. Producing agents will show up in the R1/R2 pipeline, and “Not-In-School” agents will show up in the R0 Not-In-School Pipeline.
You’ll see an opportunity card that includes all referral details. Clicking on the name opens the Contact Card, where you can review or edit the information.
IMPORTANT: Reviewing Referral Details #
Within the contact card:
- Scroll down on the left-hand side.
- Open the Agent Referral section.
- You’ll see the referring agent’s name, email, and any notes.
📌 If the fields aren’t already populated for Referring Agent Name and Email, copy them from the Referring Agent Info section and paste them into the corresponding fields.
Filling in this information ensures:
- You can identify the original referring agent if another person tries to submit the same recruit.
- Automations will track and update the referrer as the recruit moves through the pipeline.
Manual Entry by Market Center Leaders #
If you’re a Market Center leader and receive a referral by phone, email, or conversation, you can use the same form to manually enter the recruit’s and referrer’s information.
This is the preferred method to ensure the recruit is added to the correct pipeline and that automation rules apply properly—no manual data entry into the backend required.
Best Practices for Referrals #
- Share the form link with your agents and encourage them to use it when referring someone.
- Use the form yourself to input referrals if someone refers a recruit to you directly.
- Always complete both the recruit’s info and the referrer’s info for automation and tracking to function properly.
Managing the Referral Stage #
Once a referral has entered the system, their opportunity card will sit in the Agent Referral stage of your pipeline.
đź‘‹ Important: The only way to move a referral forward is to manually drag and drop them into the next appropriate pipeline stage.
That’s it! Your Agent Referrals Page is a simple but powerful tool to streamline recruiting efforts and ensure every lead is tracked from day one. Make it part of your standard process—and let your agents know it’s there.
