✅ How does a recruit enter the Call Appt. No Show/Cancelled stage?
Recruits enter this stage in one of two ways:
- Automatically:
If a recruit clicks the cancellation link in their appointment confirmation or reminder email, they are immediately moved to this stage. - Manually:
If a recruit misses their scheduled call and the leader marks them as a No Show during attendance tracking, the system places them in this stage.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage?
Upon entering the Call Appt. No Show/Cancelled stage:
- The recruit is automatically sent an email and text message encouraging them to reschedule their call, typically using a link like: www.YOURWEBSITE.com/IS.
- If they use the link to book a new appointment, they are automatically moved back to the Call Appt. Set stage.
- The assigned leader receives bi-weekly reminders prompting them to reach out personally and encourage the recruit to reschedule.
🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage?
There are two paths out of this stage:
- Automatically:
If the recruit uses the scheduling link to book another call, the system moves them back to the Call Appt. Set stage. - Passively (Timed):
If no action is taken within 90 days, the recruit exits this stage and will require manual review for next steps, such as re-nurture or archive.
