The Call Appt. Set stage is where recruits are placed after scheduling a one-on-one call through the In School Appointment Calendar. This stage represents a key step in the recruiting journey, where the recruit is ready for a personal conversation with a leader to discuss their real estate goals and progress.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Call Appt. Set stage?
Recruits are placed in this stage automatically when they schedule a 1:1 appointment using the In School Calendar.
The system assigns the appointment to the appropriate leader’s Google Calendar based on your calendar routing settings.
Once scheduled:
- The recruit receives email and text reminders about their upcoming call.
- The appointment appears on the leader’s calendar with all relevant contact info and responses.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage?
Upon entering the Call Appt. Set stage:
- The recruit receives automated confirmation and reminder messages via email and text.
- The assigned leader is notified via their integrated Google Calendar.
- This stage is a critical point for converting interest into deeper engagement and helps leaders prepare for meaningful 1:1 conversations.
🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage?
A recruit can exit the Call Appt. Set stage in one of the following ways:
Automatically:
- If the recruit cancels the appointment using the cancellation link in the confirmation/reminder emails, they are moved to the Call Appt. No Show/Cancelled stage.
Manually (via Attendance):
- If the leader marks the recruit as “Showed”, the system advances the recruit to the In School (Awaiting Exam Date) stage.
- If the recruit is marked as “No Show”, they are moved to the Call Appt. No Show/Cancelled stage.
💡 Pro Tip:
Take attendance as soon as the appointment ends! Promptly marking recruits as Showed or No Show ensures your pipeline stays accurate and allows for timely follow-up or next steps.
