🧭 What is the Agent Referral stage? #
The Agent Referral stage is where recruits are placed when they’re referred by an agent or leader from your market center. This stage captures warm leads coming directly from internal recommendations — typically high-quality contacts who may already have some familiarity with the business.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Agent Referral stage? #
Recruits are placed into the Agent Referral stage automatically when an agent or leader completes the Agent Referral Form on your recruiting website.
This form is typically used by market center team members to refer potential recruits who fall into one of the following categories:
- Not in School
- In School
- Licensed Agent (Can be separated based on units)
Depending on the recruit’s status selected on the form, the leader responsible for that recruit type will receive a lead notification email so they can begin appropriate follow-up.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
When a recruit enters the Agent Referral stage:
- A notification email is sent to the leader responsible for that recruit type (based on whether they are Not in School, In School, or Licensed).
- No additional triggers or automation are launched from this stage — this is a holding stage until follow-up action is taken.
This makes timely manual outreach by the assigned leader especially important.
🔄 How does a recruit leave the Agent Referral stage? #
A recruit can move out of this stage in one of two ways:
- Manually:
- A leader or recruiter updates the pipeline stage based on the recruit’s next step (e.g., they’ve started school, attended a session, etc.).
- A leader or recruiter updates the pipeline stage based on the recruit’s next step (e.g., they’ve started school, attended a session, etc.).
- Automatically:
- If the recruit registers for an upcoming Info Session, the system will automatically move them to the appropriate stage based on your pipeline setup.
- If the recruit registers for an upcoming Info Session, the system will automatically move them to the appropriate stage based on your pipeline setup.
💡 Pro Tip: #
The Agent Referral stage is often the first point of contact for high-potential recruits. Make sure to respond quickly and personally to maximize engagement while the referral is fresh.
To prompt an automatic move, prompt the recruit to visit the page at yourdomain.com/is where “yourdomain.com” is your specific URL and “is” relates to the recruit being in the “In School” pipeline.
