π§ What is the Discontinued Process (Last 30-days) stage? #
The Discontinued Process (Last 30-days) stage is used for recruits who have decided not to move forward with learning about the real estate licensing process. Whether due to a change in priorities, timing, or lack of interest, this stage provides a way to record the disengagement without immediately removing the recruit from your system.
It acts as a short-term holding stage, allowing leaders to preserve a record of the recruitβs decision while keeping the pipeline clean and focused on active prospects.
β How does a recruit enter the Discontinued Process stage? #
Recruits are placed into this stage manually by a leader when theyβve expressed that they are no longer interested in pursuing real estate licensing or continuing the conversation.
There are no automatic triggers for this stage β the decision to move a recruit here is based entirely on the leaderβs direct interaction or confirmed communication with the recruit.
π What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Once a recruit is moved into the Discontinued Process (Last 30-days) stage:
- They will remain visible in this stage for 30 days, serving as a record of their decision.
- No additional emails, text messages, or follow-up tasks will be triggered.
- The system essentially pauses engagement, but keeps the recruit accessible for quick reference during the 30-day window.
This stage gives leaders time to reflect, make notes, or potentially re-engage if the recruit’s circumstances change shortly after opting out.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
After 30 days, the system automatically removes the recruit from the NS pipeline entirely. No manual action is required.
If, during that 30-day window, the recruit changes their mind and expresses renewed interest, the leader can manually update their stage to re-engage them in the pipeline, i.e., move them to the In School or KSCORE Pipeline..
π‘ Pro Tip #
Make sure to document why the recruit discontinued the process in their notes. This context can be helpful for future follow-up or for recognizing patterns in disengagement across your recruiting efforts.
