The Signed up for School (Moved to R0 In School Pipeline) stage is used to track recruits who have officially enrolled in a non-KSCORE school opportunity. This stage marks the end of their journey in the NS pipeline and begins their transition into the IS (In School) pipeline.
This is a key moment in the recruiting process, as it signals that the recruit is actively pursuing licensure through an external school — and should now be managed using the processes and workflows defined for in-school candidates.
✅ How does a recruit enter the Signed up for School stage? #
Recruits are moved into this stage manually by a leader when they confirm enrollment in a non-KSCORE program.
There are no automatic system triggers for this stage. The leader must update the recruit’s stage based on direct communication or proof of school enrollment.
🚀 What happens when a recruit enters this stage? #
Once a recruit is moved into this stage, the system immediately:
- Removes them from the NS Recruiting Pipeline, and
- Places them into the R0 In School Pipeline, specifically into the In School (Awaiting Exam Date) stage.
This ensures the recruit is now being managed under the correct process for in-school candidates, including any associated communications, milestones, and support.
No email or text automation is triggered from the NS side at this point, but the recruit will begin receiving messages and updates appropriate to their new stage in the IS pipeline.
🔄 How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Recruits don’t technically “exit” this stage from the NS pipeline — being placed here automatically transitions them into the IS Recruiting Pipeline. From that point forward, their progress is tracked entirely through the IS stages.
Any additional updates, such as scheduling their licensing exam or progressing toward sponsorship, will now occur within the In School pipeline.
