π§ What is the Attended Info Session (Last 60-days) stage? #
The Attended Info Session (Last 60-days) stage is used for recruits who have participated in a scheduled Info Session (also called a One to Many Career Night). This stage allows leaders to follow up with engaged prospects during a crucial decision-making window β typically with the goal of moving them toward school enrollment or determining if theyβre no longer interested.
It helps ensure timely, structured outreach during the 60 days following the session.
β How does a recruit enter the Attended Info Session (Last 60-days) stage? #
Recruits are placed into this stage when they are marked as βAttendedβ in the attendance section of the appropriate Info Session calendar.
Once attendance is submitted:
- The system automatically moves the recruit into this pipeline stage.
- No manual action is needed to start the follow-up sequence.
β οΈ Accurate attendance marking is essential β without it, follow-up automations will not begin.
π What happens when a recruit is in this stage? #
Entering the Attended Info Session (Last 60-days) stage triggers a structured 60-day follow-up plan, which includes:
- Automated text and email messages
These encourage the recruit to take their next step, such as applying or enrolling. - Phone call tasks assigned to the leader
The system creates follow-up call tasks to help the leader personally connect with the recruit and determine their level of interest.
This combination of automated and manual outreach supports meaningful conversations during a period when the recruit is most likely to act.
π How does a recruit leave this stage? #
Recruits exit the Attended Info Session (Last 60-days) stage when a leader manually moves them into one of the following next steps:
- Signed Up for School (Moved to R0 In School Pipeline)
For recruits who have committed to moving forward with enrollment. - Moved to KSCORE Pipeline
For recruits who have been identified for the KSCORE path. - Discontinued Process (Last 30-days)
For recruits who have confirmed they are no longer interested in continuing.
There is no automatic exit from this stage β leaders must determine and document the outcome of their follow-up efforts.
π‘ Pro Tip #
Try to connect with each recruit within the first few days of the session while the information is still fresh. A short, friendly follow-up call can make a big difference in their decision to take the next step.
