Below are a variety of appointment and attendance-related notifications Users may receive in Market Center Sites 3.0.
Appointment Booked #
- Sample Notification: The following appointment has been booked via your {{calendar.name}} Calendar.
- This is a general calendar alert to notify leaders assigned to various recruit types that a recruit has booked themselves onto the calendar dynamically inserted into the alert. It applies to all calendars in the system.
- Sent to user assigned to recruit type, which may differ from who set up the calendar. Make sure you have connected the calendars you are responsible for to your Google Calendar when applicable.
Opportunity Not Found #
No Opportunity Found Notification: A recruit was marked as Showed <OR> No Show/Cancelled for an appointment, but no Opportunity was found.
Opportunity Created Notification: A recruit scheduled an appointment, but no Opportunity was found in the {{pipeline.name}} pipeline. The system has created one and placed it in the appropriate stage.
Other Pipeline Notification: The lead below has registered for an appointment but was not found in the {{pipeline.name}} pipeline and is not identified as an {{recruit-type}} recruit. They may exist in another pipeline or elsewhere in the database.
Attendance Reminder #
This is a reminder to update the attendance record for your recent appointment in the system. Please update attendance records so recruits are moved forward correctly.
Post-Attendance Alerts #
No-Show/Cancelled Movement Alert: A recruit was marked as No Show/Cancelled for an appointment. The recruit has been moved back to the scheduling stage. Please take the needed steps to reschedule with this recruit.
