Use this process to connect a physical address to a calendar for any in-person meetings (such as Info Sessions or in-office Interviews).
This applies across all site types and versions — ProfitShare Sites or Market Center Sites where a calendar will be used for in person meetings.
1️⃣ Access the Calendar Settings #
You’ll begin by locating the calendar you want to update.
- Go to app.profitsharesites.com and log into your account.
- In the left navigation, scroll down and click Settings.
- Alternatively, you can click Calendars directly from the sidebar, then click Calendar Settings along the top.
- You’ll now see a list of all available calendars.
- Locate the in-person calendar you want to edit, such Info Session (In Person).
- Click the pencil icon ✏️ to the right of the calendar name to edit it.
2️⃣ Add the Physical Location #
You’ll now assign the correct physical address for the in-person meeting.
- On the Meeting Details page, scroll down to the Meeting Location field.
- In the Enter Meeting Location Value box, click the tag icon to the right.
- Choose the following options: Account → Full Address
- This will insert a custom value code that automatically pulls the full address from your Business Profile.
- Click Save in the upper-right corner of the page.
3️⃣ Verify or Customize the Address #
Before you finalize, make sure the location displayed is exactly where you want attendees to go.
- Go to your Business Profile and verify that the address listed is correct (for example, your Market Center’s address).
- If it needs to be different (for example, you’re meeting at a separate event location):
- Return to your calendar’s Edit page.
- Manually type the correct address directly into the Meeting Location field.
- Click Save.
- This address will now display for all meetings booked into that calendar.
⚠️ Important:
Each calendar should represent one meeting type.
- Use a separate calendar for in-person meetings, like Info Session (In Person).
- Use another for virtual ones, like Info Session (Virtual).
