- The recruit is re-assigned to the leader with the Onboarding Specialist role.
- The leader receives notifications every 24 hours to schedule an onboarding session with the recruit.
- Depending on the type of session, the leader updates the recruit card:
- Personal / 1:1 session
- Group / 1-to-Many session
- Once the recruit card is updated, the leader manually moves the recruit to the Onboarding Offered stage.
