This stage re-engages recruits who have canceled or missed their 1:1 Career Consultation appointment, using automated communication and leader follow-up to encourage re-registration and progression in the In School pipeline.
🚪 How a Recruit Enters This Stage
- Automatic Movement:
- When a recruit cancels their appointment via the cancellation link in registration or reminder emails.
- When a recruit no-shows and the leader marks them as such during the attendance action after the appointment.
- Manual Movement (By Leader): Not applicable
⚙️ What Happens When a Recruit Enters
- The recruit is sent an email and text with a link to re-register for the appointment via the appropriate calendar.
- If the recruit re-registers, they automatically move back to the 1:1 Appt. Set stage.
- If no action is taken, the leader receives bi-weekly reminders to personally reach out and encourage re-registration.
- If 90 days pass with no movement, the recruit is automatically moved to the Holding Stage for the leader to take appropriate next steps.
